IPOD question

I may be the only person not to know the answer to this question, but I figured I'd ask anyway Chat Icon

What is the difference between a regular IPOD and a NANO? And which do you suggest I buy as a gift for FH?

TIA

Re: IPOD question

It's how many songs you can store on it. A regular iPod is going to be able to hold a lot more than a Nano. In all reality, I have the regular iPod and there is no way that I will ever fill it up! A Nano is also great for someone who works out and likes to listen to music w/o the bulk.

Re: IPOD question

Also, the screen is bigger iPod.

So, if he plans on downloading TV shows or videos to it to watch (say on the train, etc), you might want to go with the iPod.

If he plans on using it primarily for working out, I would go with the Nano.

That definitely helps!! He'll use it for working out, so I guess the NANO is the way to go. Now, what size GB should I get?? Chat Icon

Re: IPOD question

Another question...

If I don't purchase the NANO from the apple store, if there is a problem with it, can it be brought to the store for servicing? How does that work?
