iPod question...
I have a mini and want to get one that holds more songs... is there a way to transfer songs to the new iPod withOUT using iTunes? Like a connection thingy that hooks the two together and just tranfers all the songs? Kind of like how they put your phone numbers into a new phone when you buy one?

Re: iPod question...
I believe Itunes is your best way to go. My friend used WinAmp...not sure how it works though.

Re: iPod question...
copy all your songs to a playlist and them export it to your new ipod, that is what we did and it worked

Re: iPod question...
I know I can do it through iTunes, but a while back my hard drive blew and I lost most of the songs that I had on there, so what I have in my iTunes right now isn't even half of what's on my iPod Just wondering if there was another way.

yes, i think I helped about a dozen people wih the same problem, you can take your songs in your ipod and transfer them to your mucis library, let em know if you want step by step instructions, i can forward you an old FM that i send to everyone

Re: iPod question...
You could call the Mac store at the mall. They were really helpful when I brought my iPod in last week.
