Iron silk blouse?

What's the best way to get deep wrinkles out of a silk blouse? I tried ironing it at a low temp, but the wrinkles didnt come out. I'm afraid to go any higher because I might burn it. Shower steam didnt work either. I wanted to wear the blouse tonight so I cant take it to the dry cleaners. Any advice?

Re: Iron silk blouse?

I would try it again, but put a towel over the top before putting the iron on it. And/Or turn it inside out. I see others said to use steam but I don't know, wouldn't water leave a mark on it??

I've always put a washcloth over the top and shot steam through. You can use a higher heat setting that way.
