Iron vitamins?? Recommend Yours
My OB said to start taking an iron vitamin a day. He said otc is fine. Going to Target tonight to see if I purchase some.
If you are taking iron vitamins, what mg amount and brand are you taking?

I don't know the amount buy I got chewable ones at the vitamin shoppe since I can't swallow pills.
They actually taste pretty good too....like fruit punch

I was also told to use these, since they're supposed to be easier on your stomach. But they still gave me bad constipation, so my doctor gave me a prescription for Ferralet, which actually seem to be working better.
