irresponsible pet owners
I just need to vent here for a minute - this morning I came outside to find my neighbor's dog just wandering around. My neighbor was nowhere to be found and the dog did not have a collar on. After pounding on his door for a good 5 minutes so he could get his dog, all I got was 'oh sh$t!'
I thought it was bad enough that he has a yard full of poop but this one really takes the cake.
Some people should not be responsible other living creatures...

Re: irresponsible pet owners
My neighbor is the same way. He is always out fixing cars in front of the house and he just lets his dog wander around. Granted, we're on a very quiet street, but still, his dog almost got hit by a car the other day. And on top of that, his dog has seizures and can become very aggressive (naturally) when he's in a seizure. I found him having one one morning and I tried to go in and hold his head so he wouldn't hurt himself on anything and he nearly ripped my face off. And this is a dog that knows me well and is friendly with me. I don't want to get my neighbor in trouble, but I've tried to mention some things in passing to him, like saying be careful because someone on the block is a cop and he could get a fine for having him off leash, etc. He never listens.
