My DS is 4.5 ...We got his for him last Easter when he was 3.5 and he was "just" getting it so I think 4 is perfect !

I think it's a great age! Robbie got his first 2 wheeler with trainers when he was 3. Noah got Robbie's hand me down when he turned 3 and got a brand new one of his own when he turned 5. Robbie's trainers came off at 5.. but Noah still uses his.

mine got his when he turned 3. he is so good on it...goes out daily with it.

Yes - we just bought one for Julia for her 4th BDay. She is starting to get the hang of it!

I think so....I got DS one for Christmas and he turned 3 in July. He is tall so he outgrew his little tricycle. Today was the 2nd time he has riden it and it is a great fit and he is doing really well on it.

dd got one on her 3rd birthday and rode it down the sidewalk the minute she hopped on!
