is a C/O needed for a half-inground pool (NYC)?
I am trying to read the DOB webpage, and I am just very confused about what is required. I know often the LI towns are much more strict, so I am just curious if anyone has experience with NYC regulations for a pool and a deck....

Town of brookhaven is anything 18 inches underground you need a permit, I would call the building dept in NYC and see what they say.
