yes - usually if a house is in fair condition they list it as good or excellent!

Figures. I knew it sounded too good to be true. I which we had the money to put into it. It is a 5 bed 2 bath split in Lynbrook so cheapChat Icon

I'd say yes. I saw houses listed as being in excellent condition when in fact they were fair at best.

yup- its basically almost unlivable-Im an agent when I see fair I know its a big time fixer.

Diamond- needs nothing, many updates in awesome condition-the best condition as far as listings go

Mint- alot of updates, needs only minimal things- move in condition

Excellent- in real estate terms means that its in good condition but it needs updating- probably its 70ish- totally livable though.

good means needs updating and maybe some structural work

fair - means needs lots of structural work

poor- basically almost destroyed

as is- also a fixer upper.

Fair condition to someone else may not be fair to you. It's best you go look at it yourself if you have an interest.
