Is anyone else EXHAUSTED from daylight savings this week?
I feel totally jet lagged! It has been so difficult to wake up in the morning when it's pitch black outside!
Anyone else?

YES! I was talking about this w/ppl at work yesterday and they all agree too.
when it's time for bed, I just lay there. and then I can't get up in the morning 
today is actually the 1st day since Sunday that I am feeling somewhat rested.

I was exhaused the week before actually. I was dead tired at say 8pm every night.
Now I actually feel a bit better because I am dead tired at 9pm which is more a normal time for me to go to bed.
