Is anyone else from here going to the big Pearl Jam festival in Wisconsin ?
Just wondering 
It's being held on Labor Day weekend.

I wish! DH and I are really big fans. He will be going to Toronto mid Sept to see them. They are amazing live!

I wish! DH and I are really big fans. He will be going to Toronto mid Sept to see them. They are amazing live!
I'm missing the Canada shows due to other stuff I have going on...but I'm hoping that I might be able to see them in Costa Rica.
They really are amazing...I can't wait for PJ20. Are you going to Toronto too, or just your DH?

Did u happen to see Eddie's solo tour? What did you think? I thought it was OK, just love him with the whole band more. Its such an experience to see him..Ill never forget the first time I saw him live, I was in awe!!

I understand. A few of my tour buddies are teachers and they got pretty bent out of shape when the Canadian tour was announced for the beginning of the school year.
I saw both of EV's shows at the Beacon this year...they were both really amazing...he comes out of his shell more and more as he continues his solo work!
The first time I saw the whole band was outdoors (Randall's Island) and it POURED. I loved every moment of it!

Was that in '96? That was my first (and only, honestly) time I saw them and it was AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!! We got there really early and ended up in the mosh pit... I was so naive I didn't realize that would happen... and a security guy had to help me climb a fence to safety, I was getting beat up!
It was still an amazing show... I got sooooo sick afterwards.. but it was worth it!!!!!!

Yup, 1996! I also got sick for about a week afterward!  I remember being so effing excited for the show...the buildup was insane! I can't believe that was 15 years ago. Oh my.
