Is anyone else going to the GTG not know anyone?
This is my first GTG and I don't know anyone from the boards. I'm a little nervous!

I went to the fundraiser only knowing Ro (luvsbob). I was so nervous, however, I had ladies come up to me and introduce themselves. They are awesome! It was Mrserod and KristinNYC that made me feel so comfy.
Its going to be a great time! Don't be nervous.

The first GTG I ever went to back in October 04 (on LIW) I didn't know one person. The moment I walked in I felt right at home and now I have met so many people and have so many awesome friends from the site. Don't be shy just walk in and have a great time!

My first GTG.....
was at the Cheesecake Factory...
I was meeting about 8 girls one that was PG at the time...
I get there....it is packed....
i go up to the hostess and say i am meeting a bunch of girls did you have a table like that (gave the number)
she says yes right around there...
i go walking and there is a table with the same amount of girls...one PG and a seat with nobody sitting in it...
i say...missing someone?
They say...uh...nooooooooo
The girls i was meeting were waiting in the back entrance
I got over it....and that has never stopped me from going to a GTG

Uuugh! That's terrible! Thank goodness I know what most of you look like from the pics you posted! I'm so glad I'm not the only one who doesn't know too many people! I'm really excited to meet you.

yeah i dont know anyone either. alot of people already know each other. i met mrserod once though
but i know what you mean, there are going to be ppl there that already have friendships and it will be odd to be the newbie, but there is gonna be a few of us, so no worries.
