Is anyone else's infant waking all night when they're close to hitting a milestone?

Chase is waking up anywhere from 2-6 times a night right now, and EVERY time, he's half asleep, on his knees, rocking back and forth trying to crawl around his crib It's driving me nuts because then he gets himself all in a tizzy and I have to calm him back to sleep.
Just looking to commiserate with someone else over the issue

My DS has been doing this too! He's about 6 months old.

It must be the age. I think I remember my DD doing it, too around this age. but man, it's 11, he didn't fall asleep till 9:30 because he was trying to crawl in his crib for an hour and he's woken up twice since then!

Yup my dd did this b4 she learned to roll over each way. I think she is going to sit unassisted soon b/c she os doing it again. I know right now for you not so cute but that is the most adorable thing ever.

yup. but we have when she rolls over to crawl she gets her feet and legs stuck through the rails and gets soooo upset.

I think this is what is going on with DD. I heard her fussing and when I checked on her she was curled up on her side but her one arm kept trying to escape and go back towards the mattress. So she would semi wake up and then curl up again and fall asleep. It was hysterical!
