Is anyone familiar with Windows 7 and homegroups? I'm going to rip my hair out!
DH and I have 2 laptops that we purchased recently.
We tried setting up the "Homegroup" to be able to access each other's pics and what not thru the network created by our wireless router.
For some reason, when I create the home group on his computer -- my computer has no problem identifying his computer and files.
But when I go under homegroups on his computer it states that there are no computers in the Homegroup. No matter what we do, I can easily see his files and computer and he can not see mine!
I went thru the trouble shooter and everything -- to no avail. Anyone know what the problem might be?

Do you have files in your library? go into pictures and hit the button include in library...try that.

is there a privcy setting?
I just figured out an issue I was having in windows7 at work was due to a privacy issue, most things default to allow no one to see and you have to change that
