Is anyone getting a spring coat/jacket?
or will you just be wearing sweaters or something now that the weather is getting nicer?
I'm not sure if it's worth the money.

I'm not going to waste the money.
I'm due late June.
I'm still wearing my spring jacket from last year now.
I figure by late May I won't even need a jacket anymore so for me it's not worth it for 2 months ya know?
My regular spring trench from last year still fits fine anyway...

I was preggo this past winter in South Florida and the weather resembles NY spring (well, it was COLD this year)-I wore long sweaters, cardigans and layers. No need for a coat!

since im due in a few weeks, im trying to get by with an LLbean light weight jacket from pre-pregnancy. the top half still snaps closed

I went through this when PG before. I opted to use an oversized sweater. It would have been a total waste for me to get a spring jacket - a complete and total waste.

I won't be spending the money. I am due late June. I have many sweaters that look good and still fit and keep me pretty warm.
I am using the money I would have spent on a coat to get some capris and short sleeve tees since all I have now are jeans and long sleeve blouses.

LOL I am still wearing my winter coat b/c it has a hood. When it gets too hot for that I am going to wear my spring jacket unbuttoned.
I am being REALLY cheap with my maternity clothes.

Today I just wore a sweater "coat" with a light scarf and was totally fine. I also have a denim jacket that I'll just wear open, which I normally do anyway!

I got one last pregnancy for $30-something at Motherhood. Considering this is the 2nd full season I am wearing it, it was well worth the money.

I have a jacket from last year that I think I can get by with- it;s like a sweatshirt material and it flows away from my body in a good way. Although, the cashier at the food store asked if I was pregnant.

Im not going to bother, Im due early June. even now ive been just wearing my maternity zip up hoodies. I made it through the winter with my Northface fleece Jacket.. thankfully because my belly just started to out grow it.

I'm seriously trying to avoid it. Most of my spring jackets can't button/zip now, except for one which is more like a rain coat type material. But it's that empire style that made you look pregnant whether you were or not that was "in" last year.

i'm trying to avoid getting a rain coat b/c it's already warm down here and I'm due in under 3 months now. But I have been wondering if I should get one that has a belt that I can use afterwards as well.
I think it really depends on how far along you are and if you'd wear any kind of jacket even during crazy summer storms.

Thankfully i still fit into my trench coat - so I will be wearing that as long as possible buttoned up and then, open with something heavier underneath. I am so hot lately - it doesn't matter how cold it is outside, I am too warm for a coat

Nope. I didn't even get a winter coat. I wore mine until I could no longer zipper it, then stole one of DH's. I am too warm all the time to even need one.
