is anyone looking to buy a house in
sayville? im going to list with an agent by mon.or tues. i figured id throw it out there in case anyone is looking and wants to beat real estate fees. ..
anyway..thanks to anyone who gave advice about finding a real estate agent..its so stressful..especially when you are trying to move so fast ..hopefully we will find the right one.THANKS AGAIN!

Also, try craigs list - it's free and gets a lot of traffic!

3br 2 full bath. LR DR new kitchen w/silestone countertops.50x218 property. partially finished basement...brand new HW heater, CAC, wood floors , new driveway,patio, decking..i could go on...
