Re: Is anyone not able to sleep at night

yea...more restless nites and I wake up at least 5x a nite but roll over and go back to sleep.

I was always a heavy sleeper so this is ODD for me.

And getting out of bed is a project Chat Icon

Now I know what they mean when they say that the 3rd trimester gets a little tough.

It will get worse...

I'm almost 38 weeks and go to the bathroom about 3-4 times a night then can't go back to sleep bc I can't get comfortable...I figure I'll just get used to sleepless nights and look at it as at least once he's born I'll be exhausted but not exhausted AND pregnant Chat Icon

I'm almost 22 weeks and the last couple of nights I haven't been able to fall asleep before 3:30am. Then I'm up by 6:30/7am. Good thing I get in a short nap when my DS goes down for his.

Re: Is anyone not able to sleep at night

I'm 28 weeks and sleep is starting to get rough. I'm starting to go to bed at 10pm at the latest (often it's more like 9pm) and I'm waking up at least twice either to go to the bathroom or because my back is killing me.

Re: Is anyone not able to sleep at night

I was doing so good, always got lots of sleep, i believe, in part due to my blood pressure medication, but the last 2 weeks (I am 36 weeks) have been giving me less and less sleep. Last night i was falling asleep on the couch, went into bed, slept about 2 hours and was up for almost the rest of the night, got up to pee about 4xs! Of course, i passed out about a half hour before my alarm for work went offChat Icon

Re: Is anyone not able to sleep at night

I am almost 33 weeks and every night it seems to get worse (for the last month or so) I can only sleep for 2-3 hours at a time. Then I wake up WIDE AWAKE and have actually started getting out of bed to do things around the house or work on the computer because it is such a waste to just lay there.

Re: Is anyone not able to sleep at night

It's so hard for me to get to sleep. finding a comfortable position has been impossible...

Then this baby has been on my bladder since day1 so I always have the urge to pee and get up a few times each night and have to try to get comfy again.

Every morning I'm exhausted becuase I haven't had continous sleep in so long

I'm up at least 4 times a night going to the bathroom and sometimes I can't fall asleep for 30 mins to an hour or more.. My coworker was like, "your getting up now that many times, wait till you get bigger".. Chat Icon

Re: Is anyone not able to sleep at night

YES! I'm 32 weeks now and sleep is getting harder and harder. I am tired but I either can't fall asleep, or I wake up at 4am and can't go back to sleep. Not to mention the 3-4 times each night that I wake up to pee.
