Is charting taking all the fun out of it?
I just got AF after my first month of TTC. My DH feels that taking I am obsessing over this process and I'm taking all of the "fun" out of it by charting my temps and planning when we should BD. Does anyone else feel this way?
Did anyone ever start charting and then stop because of this?

Re: Is charting taking all the fun out of it?
I am charting but my DH doesn't really want to known anything about it. He wants a pregnancy "to just happen." I am mainly charting because I just came off the pill. I want to make sure that I am Oing and I want to see how long my cycles are. I also need to know if we're BDing at the right time.
I will admit that I have found that I was quietly obsessing about this and it's not much fun. Recently, however, I have gotten very into establishing a garden at our new house. (We just bought our house July 2005) I have found this helps a lot as far as not thinking so much about it.
Maybe if you find something else to take your mind off of TTC, it will help. (And if you know when your fertile period is, that doesn't mean you have to verbally share it with your DH )
Best of luck to you and much
and a little extra
