Is chocolate a no-no ?
I am craving chocolate....chocolate chip cookie, yoo hoo, chocolate milk....
What did your dr tell you ?
I have not been to my first OB appt yet.

Doctor never told me to stay away from chocolate. I agree with Rose. Moderation is key. Now go enjoy the chocolate

Chocolate contains caffeine...so, just eat some in moderation.
It's impossible for me NOT to have some chocolate!!!!

It does have caffeine so don't overdo it but chocolate is fine.

I heard it makes the baby smart! my docter never told me to stay away from it..I just don't eat it everyday...I don't think it has that much caffeine to be harmful..

I eat chocolate when I want....and as far as chocolate milk..it's the only way I get my milk for calcium. I hate regular milk

moderation is key.
I cut out all other caffeine to allow myself chocolate...I think yoohoo is actually very low in caffeine..check the label....

Yes, yoohoo is low in caffeine! I could never give up chocolate totally. I did give up coffee though.

I quit coffee cold turkey last month, oh boy was that brutal. I miss my chocolate though, I can't eat it, it makes me gag. I am soo sad, chocolate is my bestest friend If the little one makes me give up ice cream too, I am done!!

I had a little chocolate about 2x per week. It was my little treat since I was eating healthy and pretty much only drinking water.
My mom sent me an article while I was preggo about some study that was done in England that showed that babies whose mom had chocolate (in small amounts) durng their pregnancy had babies with happier personalities than those who didn't. Needless to say I used that as my rationale as to why I needed my chocolate. LOL.

chlorestoral free....99% fat and caffeine free.....
I had half of one of the little cartons with ice....
it tasted so good and went down smoothly.....
I am beginning to hate water !

Same here! My Dr. didn't mention not to eat it and I haven't read anywhere that it's bad, of course don't overdo anything.
