Is DH Nesting or did i finally get through to him.

I am not sure if it was my overwhlemed week last week with a lot of personal family issues and the fact that I stil work/commute 12 hour days but I just told my DH I cant do it anymore by myself...

I explained that we need to start getting our house in order ane make room for the baby and that we need to really clean up and stop keeping things we dont need. I felt like since everything else is out of control in my life that i needed to get some order at least in our house.

saturday I came home from lunch with a friend and he had started taking our whole room apart and putting it in order and FINALLY donating clothes he hasnt worn in years, he was cleaning bathrooms and kitchen sinks and he switched the direction of the fridge doors, he even made room in our linen closet for the baby's towels and bathtub etc... he even woke up this morning and told me about the rest of his plans to organize things and make space in closets for the baby... i just pray he follows through with it all and I did show him I was very appreciative. I know i have started nesting especially at work but has he as well??

My husband has been doing this too....Its pretty amazing.....

by which week should I be looking for this behavior?

I feel like I had the same conversation you did, but it went in one ear, mouth said "ill take care of it" and went out the other ear and nothing else happened.
