Is it better to get a verizon phone/plan directly through verizon or through best buy?

I'm wondering if there's a benefit to going through either one.

I do not know about the plans, but my sister said she got her phone cheaper in Best buy than in the actual Verizon store.

I've found the phones to be cheaper at best buy. Also verizon tends to have mail in rebates where best buy doesn't and they still come out cheaper.

Best Buy. plans are the same but phones are cheaper and best buy's warranties are better

I also heard you can return phone easier at best buy within first few days if you don't like it.

The warranty plan thru bestbuy is soooo mich better then verizon
