Is it my hormones or is DH just a jerk??
I cannot stop biting his head off. Granted we are going through a lot right now with having to move (last minute, unexpected-long story), etc. but I swear I want to scratch his eyes out. I know this stress isn't good for me or the lil peanut, and I can feel a knot in my stomach a lot lately. Any advice?? Relaxation techniques?
Or should I just go ahead and scratch his eyes out??

Do what I do: tell him in advance that it's the hormones, and then scratch his eyes out. That way he can't get mad

I agree! You gave him warning. I tell DH this all the time-proceed with caution.

Mostly the unexpected move. It will be good in the long run, and we knew it may happen, it's just bad timing.

Hang in there!
Our hormones definitely do crazy things...
I find myself wanting to snap at DH sometimes but I try to hold back - because I know that this time is stressful for him too. We get the physical stress PLUS the emotional stress... so we've got a lot on our plates! But our DHs are also experiencing a lot now too.

Re: Is it my hormones or is DH just a jerk??
Early on in this pregnancy, one day when I was frustrated with FH I looked at him and said very seriously: do you not understand that I am pregnant and my hormones are all over the place? Do you have any idea how much rage I feel right now and that I could rip your head off? He looked terrified and after that moment, he seriously back off. LOL

Re: Is it my hormones or is DH just a jerk??
its prob the hormones. i have realized i am just the most volatile, irritable, moody PG person ever. DH was distracted with his bberry the other day when i asked him a question and I LOST it in like 5 secs!
Word of advice, if you realize it's just you being hormonal, theres no shame in admitting it and apologzing like 5 min later. I have to remind myself of this multiple times a day

Re: Is it my hormones or is DH just a jerk??
Just yesterday I remined my husband, (after biting his head off) that I cannot be held accountable for my actions or responses. I have another person's hormones, (a liittle man at that!) pulsing through my body! I am not in control of myself. I have been using this excuse every time I over react since my first DS was conceived - Oct 07 until now! I warned DH not to expect me back the way I was until at least 6 months after next DS is born!!!! It's hormones! Tell DH to get used to it!
