is it normal for cramps
about a week and a 1/2 before AF rears it's ugly head? I'm so crampy. IT's not gas cuz it's been for a couple of days.

They could be implantation cramps. I got them 5 dpo and had them for almost a week, and I got a BFP!

what to they feel like...gas cramps? AF cramps? IT's like a dull constant cramping. I thought i was pg in august and could have sworn I was, but then I got AF and was totally upset. I'm trying not to get my hopes up but i still want to know what I'm feeling

I have had cramps for the past few days and that happened last month when I swore I was going to get a BFP but AF came and that was the end of that month. Now I ovulated on Nov. 16 and I'm 10 DPO and I'm so scared to test. I have a strong feeling they are AF cramps but I have to keep a positive outlook until AF does show. My birthday is next Monday and it would be a wonderful birthday gift to get that BFP.

During my last cycle, my cramps came much earlier than AF did. This month, I had sore BBs and had a glimmer of hope but AF came today. I find that many PG symptoms are similar to AF symptoms so, for me, I try not to get too excited.

Same here....
I realized now that I am paying attention to my body that I start PMSing about a week and half before AF shows.
