Ifeel like I'm always so thirsty? Is this normal?

I am CONSTANTLY thirsty. But the upside is that I don't worry about my water intake- I drink all day long so I know I get enough.

I never used to be thirsty- now I must have seltzer or water at all times.

I am ALWAYS thirsty! I got so nervous that maybe I got gestational diabetes because I need a drink in my hand at all times...luckily I am fine and the doc said it was totally normal.
