Is it normal to feel dizzy/lightheaded

if you're really warm?

I'm drinking plenty of water, so i can't be dehydrated...i've been in the bathroom every 20 minutes Chat Icon

The office thermostat is currently reading 77 degrees... that's probably it, right?

Yes, this has happened to me a few times in my 2nd trimester. I found out I was a little anemic so once i added Iron supplements I've been a lot better, but it still happens sporadically.
