Is it normal to have lower back cramps?
I am 22 1/2 weeks with twins. I have a lot of pressure but I know that is normal.

lower back pain is definitely normal. but if you get it with AF like cramps i would call the doctor.

I dont mean to scare you..I really dont...But with twins..I would definitely call your doctor.
