is it ok if i didnt take my prenatal vitamin for 2 days??
i got samples last week from the doctor and he told me to decide which one i wanted and call them to have the prescription sent to the pharmacy..
well of course i pick the one that is hard to find. they are the smallest pills, because i cant swallow pills.. its called Prefera- OB..
sooooooo, its on order for the pharmacy and wont be in until monday..
do you think its ok to be off for sat, and sunday??
what should i do.. thanks!!

You'll be fine. In the meantime, if you have a regular multi-vitamin at home, I would just take one of those.

Thats fine. With my 2nd pregnancy they made me really sick so I would not take them very often.

I missed a day here and there too through out (sp? sorry baby brain) this pregnancy. I couldn't swallow the pills either and I have chewable pre-natals. Taste like grape flintstone vitamins.

i didn't they all made me so sick. DD is perfectly healthy

I never took them after the first two weeks. I was so sick.
The baby gets everything from you, the vitamin is for you.

This is correct. As long as you're eating a healthy diet, missing some isn't an issue.
