IS IT OK THAT MY SON IS SUCH A RESTLESS SLEEPER??
he is constantly rolling around and turning from his back to his front i am worried that he is not getting good enough sleep! he isnt cold/hot or uncomfortable he just dosent stay still is this normal and does anyone elses baby do this he is 8 months???

DS is nine months & all over the crib. I think it is fine. I don't worry.

he wakes up so tired in the morning though and then takes a 2 hour nap i just want him to get enough sleep

TRY IT WARM OR COLD, IT SHOULD CALM HIS RESTLESSNESS

Ireland is the same way! Sometimes she wakes herself up with all the moving around. To be honest, I still swaddle her legs with a recieving blanket which slows her down for a little while. Eventually she breaks free. I don't know what else to do. I'm so glad you posted this!
