I just had one yesterday and they only asked me if I was pregnant - nothing was said about breastfeeding.

im an xray tech and i had spoken to my radiologist about this b/c a patient of mine i was about to xray was bfing. He told me that the radiation is so low that it doesnt effect the breastmilk.
If you pump i would just pump anyway right before going and then pump after and dump it. im just a paranoid person so thats what i would do.
also i agree with others just to confirm with your doctor.

It should be okay - but make don't BF for 48-72 hours if they give you any kind of contrast.
