Yes, totally fine! Think of it as a dietary supplement- not a medicine. Chat Icon

Re: is it okay to forget your vitamin?

well as my dr put it- is it okay to forget your vitamin ABSOLUTELY NOT- its vital for the babys health b/c not everyone eats well and eats ALL the fortified vitamins and minerals WE need on a daily basis, now we have another life in us,

Do women forget- Yes, we are human but dont make a habit of it.

After I had told him I have forgotten sometimes and after hearing that from him- I NEVER forget now- neither does my husband. It puts an urgency on how you are responsible for the life inside of you and to bake the best cake you have ever made in your life!!!!

I forget a couple times a week. It is best to take it everyday, but sometimes we forget.

I think it's OK to forget it once or twice.

I am pretty good about remembering it though.

I forgot a few times with both kids and they are both perfectly fine. Worst case, your body will take the nutrients from your food and give them to the baby. That's why some women start haivng tooth problems during pregnancy, the baby is getting all their calcium.
