Is it possible to eat too much of one veggie?
I remember when he was younger hearing that if kids ate too much orange veggies, their skin tone, specifically their nose, woudl get that yellowish/orange tint. Is this true throughout life or just when they're little? Now that he's 1, the kids eats carrots like there's no tomorrow. I was just curious if there was still something to watch out for, like skin coloration or urine color or something, with eating so much of one thing.

I think if you eat too many carrots you can get beta carotene poisining and I have heard of this happening in adults - but I think that you have to eat A LOT.
The one woman I had heard about was eating a few bags a day - and yes she did turn orange.
