My LC told me not to--that even though it's "all natural", there isn't enough information out there to know how much comes through the milk, and what effect those ingredients can have on the baby.
I'm bummin' about that, because the kids come back to school next week, and airborne is typically how I make it through the year

I think there was a report in the news a year or two ago that Airborne wasn't even effective....so i wouldn't take it at all.
