Is it strange that I don't feel anything?
I know it's super early, I'm only 6 weeks, and I don't have my first appt until next thursday, but I don't feel any different at all. I don't think I'm peeing any more than normal, I don't feel especially tired, I don't feel nauseous.....I don't know, maybe I should feel lucky that I don't have any symptoms but shouldn't I feel something???

The only thing I felt in the 1st trimester was utter exhaustion.

Thanks, I'm probably worrying for nothing. I guess everything will come with time....but I just want to feel something...I don't know, to kind of be assured that there is something, or "someone" in there, you know?

Re: Is it strange that I don't feel anything?
not at all. its still very early. i didnt feel any different at 6 weeks.. i would say by 8/9 weeks i felt very fatiguedl i would be passed out on the couch by 930pm.
I didnt suffer from morning sickness either or have sore boobs like the others.I would say just recently my boobs ahve been feeling a little sore and i've thrown up 3 times either from brushing my teeth or taking a prenatal vitamin. i am now 12 weeks
you'll see some changes in the next few weeks.. good luck!

Re: Is it strange that I don't feel anything?
Thank you so much ladies!! You have no idea how much better you've made me feel.
It just feels like my first appt is NEVER going to get here. and I know I'll feel better once I see and talk to the dr. So i'm freaking out in the meantime I guess, and since we still haven't told anyone, you girls are all I've got, so thank you.

Re: Is it strange that I don't feel anything?
I felt NO differnt until almost 12weeks, then I felt tired. I did go pee alot but that's cuz i drank so much water. I was trying to be good
Otherwise, no symptoms.
I know some will say count yourself lucky but from personal experience it's nerveracking knowing everyone is feeling something anything and you're just crusin along. It makes you feel like something's wrong. And no, it doesn't go away (that fear).
I felt no kicks or anything at 20weeks plus put on very little weight. Sorta felt they say the baby was gone by that point.. I was prepared for it.. but she's still there kicking away.
Now at 28weeks i'm much bigger and I feel her at least once a day.
I hope you're one of the 'lucky ones' like me.. just try to stay positive and take one day at a time. Remember everyone's pregnancy is different.

Re: Is it strange that I don't feel anything?
The only symptoms I have are a bit of cramping, but it just feels like AF is coming.
I dont think i'm more tired than usual.
I'm sure it is fine!
You are lucky not to have symptoms!

Thank you so much. You've helped put me at ease, but yes, you're exactly right, I almost didn't want to ask because I was afraid everyone would be like , but it is nervewracking when I assumed everyone already felt something at this point, but it's so nice to hear that others were the same.
Thank you again and I'm so happy your little is doing well too!

Re: Is it strange that I don't feel anything?
No worries - everyone is different. I know what you mean about wanting something to feel different, etc. to know that all is okay because I used to panic when I actually felt good for a day because I started the pregnancy off with a bang feeling really crappy. Whenever I felt good I peed on another stick to reassure myself. Waiting for the first appointment is the worst, but once you get there it is totally worth it

Re: Is it strange that I don't feel anything?
That's great that you feel "normal". Hopefully all the not so fun symptoms stay away. I started out constantly feeling hungry first couple of weeks then the nausea and sickness hit me and didn't end until 15 weeks! Going on 17 weeks now and feeling a million times better!!! Feel good!!

I'm so tempted to do that you have no idea, glad I wasn't the only one.
Thank you.
