Our neighbors had their grass maintenance companies start all this yesterday. There is yellow pebbles all over the place.

today would have been a good day since they say snow tonight - and that will pull the seeds down into the ground.
Wednesday has a good rain forcast, so if you can do it before then - that could be good too, so birds don't eat them all

You are actually supposed to seed in the fall, it can be done in the spring but is better to be done in the fall.

It's too early to seed. The frost is not gone yet. I think mid-April is the last frost time. You want a constant "mild: temperature for germination.
