Is it too late to do an IUI this cycle?

I had a laproscopy a month ago and they removed endo on my Fallopian tube and a fibroid. After the findings, my re suggested we take a cycle or two to try on our own again despite my DH having some MF issues as well. He feels that since DH was able to get me pregnant before (resulted in ectopic preg), that he may be able to get me preg again now that I've had the surgery.

Of course I can't keep calm and carry on! I just got AF today which came like clockwork. It's the first real AF since my surgery and I'm wondering if I can do an IUI this cycle. Do you think it's too late to start? I'm going to call the doc office in the morning.

This is the month (October) I got pregnant before which would have resulted in an anniversary baby for us so I get really emotional around this time of year.

Not too late! If you are under the care of an RE, they will want to see you on cycle day 3.

That's good to hear! I wasn't sure when you're supposed to start. I can't wait to call in the morning- hopefully I'll be able to do one this cycle.
