Is it true that Suffolk county does not require a groomer to be certified or licensed?
Since I am on the search for a new groomer for my dogs, I spoke with a potential groomer whom when I asked her if she was certified or licensed she told me that S.C. does not require a groomer to be. Is this true?

Really? Now I don't know, I just thought it was a state thing and not by county..I am definitely going to ask.
