I've been doing some serious spring cleaning today and I have TONS of old clothes/shoes that I just don't wear anymore. Should I try selling them on e-bay? I have so much stuff that's in great condition (worn once or twice). Any thoughts?

designer items will sell!
for non-desinger items, I find selling them in groups usually sells.

I agree! Unless it is designer I found it was more of a pain to list and sell and I only made a dollar or two per item. I donate that stuff and sell designer stuff (even Abercrombie or new Gap jeans).

I give mine to Goodwill or local organizations as donations.

Exactly. I would never sell old clothes when someone out there could really use them for free or very discounted. That's just how I feel.

Re: Is it worth it to sell old clothes on e-bay?

depends on the clothes. I have sold some lots of jeans...like a set of 4 pairs for like $7.

Designer jeans I listed always sold.

Shoes sold.

Handbags...mostly designer only sold.

Shirts etc, big lots of like 10 + shirts together would sell....

Individually..nope , normal non designer stuff doesnt sell well unless its speciality, like Plus Size, Maternity....that stuff sells better then regular.

Some of my maternity stuff sold for high $$, and all of it sold.
