Is Lice Preventable?
I heard a rumor that at my son's school lice is going around---I never had to deal with it so I'm panicking.
Is there anything I can do to prevent it?

We use the Fairy Tales Rosemary Repel (Rosemary wards off bugs - even in gardens) & haven't had it yet.
Also I heard putting hairspray in their hair & not having the cleanest hair works but I don't really know if it's true.
For girls, hair in ponytails & for everyone no sharing hats!

Is Lice Preventable?
I've always heard that the less clean hair is the harder it is for the lice to grab on. Leave in conditioner, hairspray and ponytails/braids was what I did when DD used to get the "lice letter" home

Is Lice Preventable?
It's making it's way around the schools again in our area. We also use Fairy Tales shampoo and conditioner, as well as their leave in spray conditioner. I braid or put in a ponytail my DD's hair every day.

MY dd has been wearing a braid for two weeks since we got a lice letter...... and I use that smelly spray every morning.

Use hairspray, gel or other hair products. If you have a girl, put the hair up also.
And stress!!!! to them not to use each other's hair brush or touch other peoples hair.
And once they start wearing jackets make sure they have a way to keep them seperate, like putting it in their bag or seperate cubbies, because lice spreads that way also.

we use the fairy tales line of hair stuff too, have been since pre k. I also try to get her to wear her hair up and back and use alittle hairspray. She knows not to share clips, hats, etc with any of the kids..no matter who they are.
