I think its Joey, Will & Grace and Apprentice- at least according to tvguide.com
ETA: These were all new. I forgot to check ER, but I think its new too.

I remember some previews for the Christmas episode...but I'm not sure if it was a "next week" or "coming soon to the ER" preview.
