Is one or both needed of the following items?
Bouncer and Swing?
Jumperoo and Exercauser?
I have one of each picked out but just don't know if I want/need both. Space is not an issue.
Thanks!

Re: Is one or both needed of the following items?
DD HATED the swing & exersaucer, LOVED her bouncy seat and was so/so with the jumperoo....lol
I say keep it all there
Do you NEED them? No lol
It is nice to have variety if your LO doesn't like one of the items you got.

Re: Is one or both needed of the following items?
I have a swing and bouncer. Love them both. Got a Jumperoo and hardly used it, ended up selling it on craigslist. Exersaucer is good. It comes in handy when you need to get something done and they can sit/stand in it and play for a bit.

Re: Is one or both needed of the following items?
we got a 2-in-1 bouncer/swing to save on space since we are in an apartment- I figure its good to have
Graco 2-in-1 bouncer & swing
the exersaucer/jumper we are going to wait on- wont need that just yet

Re: Is one or both needed of the following items?
We had all four, but only because DS has cousins just a year or two older than he is so they were passed down.
For us we used the swing A LOT, when DS was an infant he would nap in it - the bouncy seat I used when he was an infant so I could take a shower, we kept it in the bathroom at all times. I think we could ahve easily lived without it.
With the jumperoo/exersaucer - he used the jumperoo a good amount, I actually probably should have used it more, I just always felt bad having him in there like I was ignoring him - but I have a feeling with baby #2 I'll get over that quickly The exersaucer was like the bouncer for us, we kept it in the bathroom so I could shower (once he outgrew the bouncer) - we could have easily lived without it.

We have everything except the exersaucer and have gotten a lot of use out of the three things we had.

Re: Is one or both needed of the following items?
We have all 4 and think they are all necessary!
If I had to get rid of one, I'd get rid of the jumperoo and get the exersaucer.
The bouncer was a lifesaver. I used to bring it into the bathroom when I showered or to the kitchen. It was awesome.

I had all 4.
With 1 DC I don't know how necessary all of it was. But now with twins on the way I'm grateful I have them all!

Re: Is one or both needed of the following items?
Both swing and bouncy seat are needed. It gave us the choice to put DS. Sometimes he didn't want or was tired of the swing and vice versa.
My DS also loved his jumparoo and exersaucer. In fact, after he could walk he still wanted to play with it. We got this because it folded and we could bring it with us.one

Re: Is one or both needed of the following items?
Bouncer and swing are both needed IMO....
And one or the other : exersaucer or jumperoo...I have both but certainly could have gotten away with the exersaucer only ( which both my DC's preferred over the jumperoo)
The bouncy seat is great because you can easily bring it from room to room ( I actually owned 2 and would leave one in my bathroom while I took a shower) Swing was great for naps.....
My DD ( 21 months) still sits in the exersaucer

Re: Is one or both needed of the following items?
I would get a swing and bouncy seat, but choose one between the jumperoo and exersaucer.
We got an exersaucer and then got this doorway jumper
It can be put away to save space and only taken out when you want to use it

Re: Is one or both needed of the following items?
I used all . If space or money is an issue, pick jumperoo or exersaucer. I liked having one in the den and one in living room.

Re: Is one or both needed of the following items?
I also have all 4. I used the bouncy seat, swing and exersaucer constantly. The jumperoo was rarely used.

Re: Is one or both needed of the following items?
Bouncer and Swing without a doubt. Some kids dont like the swing but DS took a nap in the swing for the first 7 months of his life! It was great! Especially if you have a kid with reflux.
I didnt have a jumperoo. did have an exersaucer but didnt get much use out of it. We used a walker (which I know some people wont use) and that was great for ds!

Re: Is one or both needed of the following items?
We had all four. The exersaucer was in the basement and the jumperoo in the kitchen. The bouncer and swing were light enough to carry up and down the stairs. If I had to skip one, I'd skip the jumperoo. I think the other three are necessities.

Re: Is one or both needed of the following items?
our friend is giving us her gently used swing that also is a bounder. I hear that babies usually prefer one over the other, and I don't want to waste my money on one until I know which one DD prefers!

Re: Is one or both needed of the following items?
the bouncer and swing were both great for my first DD. we had the jumperoo that was ok. we didn't get the excersaucer. by the time she was crawling she didn't want anything do with the jumperoo anymore.

Re: Is one or both needed of the following items?
I had 2 of the 4, bouncer and swing to me are both necessities. YOu never know what your child will like but they are must haves! I borrowed an exersaucer and don't know that you need the jumperoo too but these are totally up to you. I had an issue with space when my DD was born but am thankful I don't have to store all this stuff!! When in doubt put on your registry and you can always return if you receive!
