Pepperoni is safe to eat just not for me cause of all the heartburn Ive been dealing with i stay away from it

my doc said if the pepperoni is cooked, if they put it on after the fact then no, if they put it in the oven with the pepperoni you're good...we just asked him this on Tuesday, so in a calzone I think you're good...
