Is sitting in the sun bad?
I am going to the beach this weekend and I want to knwo if sitting in the sun on the beach is bad for me and the baby? ( I will wear sunscreen and hydrate)

Just know that you can get sunburned MUCH easier so reapply often or sit under an umbrella if you can. Also it does increase you changes to your skin, like dark patches, etc. So definately use that sunscreen!

My SIL and I learned the sunburn part the hard way- she is part Native American and ALWAYS tans. Even with sunscreen(only 6 though) she was fried. I was ok but only because it was chilly so I kept my shirt on.

thanks for the advice. I will def keep reapplying the sunscreen and I will try and sit under an umbrella for part of the day.
