It says up to 36 months, but it's too short for him to walk through - he'd have to crawl, and he is a walking machine now! :) Should I look for an "older" kitchen?

Honestly, DD is 12 months and losing interest in it, and she seems too tall for it. I think we might buy her the elmo kitchen or a more real looking one and get rid of this one for Christmas. She really loved and played with that kitchen from about 7-11 1/2 months.

DD got that for her first birthday. She played with it - but now at two she gets it more and actually plays with it more now.

DD got it when she was about 8 months old, and still plays with it at 14 months old. I wouldn't first get it at 12 months old though.....her favorite part was crawling through it.

I would just get a bigger kitchen.

We have both the FP one and a regular kitchen and my 18 mth old and my 28 mth old would rather play with the bigger one.

MIL wanted to get the FP one for DD for Christmas, but she is 19months. I feel she is too old to just get this now. (I wished she got it last Christmas)

I convinced her to buy DD a Step 2 kitchen instead. She will grow into it I feel. She is getting the 50's diner one. Its really cute and one side has a built in booth for her to sit in.

DS is 19 months as well and got this LAST Christmas and yes, he totally outgrew it.

I'd get a Step2 or another bigger kitchen.
