Is there a celluite cream that really works?

I know nothing really gets rid of it, but is there anything that works to temporarily tighten the look a bit?
I went without tights today and ay yay yay, I am NOT like some of the cottage cheese on my thighs this season.
Yikes!
Anyone find anything that isn't just a waste of money?
Just to kind of imporve the appearance temporarily?

But honestly the best advice I got was from a friend who used to work behind the scenes at photo shoots with models. Coffee grounds. Take wet coffee grounds, rub them into your problem areas and leave it on for a bit or you can also wrap it with plastic (like saran wrap) after applying.Then rinse off. The caffeine is supposed to help reduce the appearance of cellulite and you'll see most of the cellulite creams do have caffeine in them.
