Is there a color bag you could use for spring/summer & winter?
I am not a huge black handbag person, & I have brown purses.
If you could pick a color, what would it be?
Is there a color that could be used for multiple seasons?

I've never purchased "seasonal" bags. If I buy a handbag, it's either for year round every day use, evening use or special occasion.
That being said, my colors range from a military green, black, bronze, silver, dark purple, medium brown. Since all my bags are leather, I tend to focus on coordinating tones & metals.

That's what I'm trying to do. Now that my life is almost completely diaper free, I want to start building my bags 
I just don't know what color would get the most use.

The truth is that for me as long as they are not pastel or white (which in general I dont tend to buy) they get used all year.

Camel color can be worn year round. I happen to like brights for spring and summer. Right now I'm using a turquoise bag from Urban Outfitters. I also have some bright yellow in my arsenal too.

i have a mustard color one that ive used all year and a gold one. (not solid gold 70s lol) like a threaded gold/tan.
i also find any metallic one goes all year round

There is a metallic champagne bag I like the color of.
Maybe I'll just have to go with what I like & slowly build.

I like a good quality red leather bag.
I usually wear muted tones - blacks, whites, grays, navy, etc. and red always seems to pop well with those tones. It is nice in the spring b/c it's vibrant. It is good in the winter b/c it can come off as holiday/Christmas, and it even works in the Fall b/c of the leaves changing.
To me, a good red bag is a classic.
