Is there a difference between regular diapers and Huggies Overnights??
I want to buy some but im wondering if it's worth it or if i should just stick with regular diapers....

My DC STTN and would pee through regular diapers by morning. Since I've been using overnights, we haven't had a problem.

They do run small though, so buy up a size from what you usually use during the day on DC
DD is 19.5 pounds and in size 3. The size 3 rund from 16-28 pounds and size 4 goes from 22-37, would still recommend getting the next size up?

Id go with the size 4.

Exactly what we do. DD where's pampers size 3, and huggies overnights in 4...very absorbent!

BTW - the overnights are lifesavers!!

I think i will be going to get some today. DD refuses to get on her knees to crawl but she will sleep on her knees all night long and when she pees it comes right out the front of her diaper because she is on her knees and but in the air.

Yes, big difference......it's called an awful diaper rash!!!!!
Unfortunately they didn't work for us and we had to seek out alternative options......

Yes - it holds tons of pee 
Tyler was 22lbs at 6 months and was was wearing size 5 Huggies Overnights.

T - you know me well enough to know that if a product is NOT worth it....i'll be honest & tell you.
GET THE HUGGIES OVERNIGHTS!!!!!!!!!! they are thicker by a TON...they hold more pee than i ever thought possible! Em can be in them for 12 hours and not pee through them (she sleeps some nights for 12 hours)...
i totally agree that you get the NEXT size up from diapers. em's in a 3 or 4 diaper, and 4 or 5 overnight!
think of it in terms of maxi pads. the regular diapers are 'light days'....and the overnight are the thickest pads you can buy (the ones they gave you in the hospital when you had lauren)...

Huggies overnight has been the one diaper I find that "works best" and by that I mean I've had few leaks. It seems to hold more.
