I never got anything like that from my OB, and I will ask again today, but they are so useless there I doubt I will get one. Is there a website that tells you what is and isn't safe?
Also, how cooked does red meat have to be? Red meat isn't doing it for me right now, but when it does, I am curious.

There are tons out there if you google. You'll get sick of hearing what you can and can't eat!
Baby Center has one, and this one is pretty good from the American Pregnancy Association. Personally, I'd rather get info from groups such as the APA, the March of Dimes or World Health Organisation rather than Baby Center type websites because they're usually sanctioned by some healt authority.
Of course everyone on here is good to talk to as well - but prepared for some differing opinions.
Red meat should probably be medium to well done, although I've never been able to eat mine that way and usually have it medium rare.

I would check with your doctor. Some doctors allow you to eat much more than others. I would check out the sites and then double check with the doctor.
