Is there a medicine to help nausea?

My nauseau has gotten so much worse the past couple of days. Did anyone get a prescription from their doctor to help with the nauseau?

I know some people have been preccribed Zofarn..if is a nasuea medicine for cancer patients going through Chemo.

My Dr. would NOT prescribe me anything

I had horrible morning sickness and found that drinking lemonaide or smelling/eating things that were lemon flavored helped a lot.

Sounds weird but it worked for me.

My doctor recommended Ginger pills, ginger snaps w/ real ginger in them (check ingredients ) and ginger tea.

the ginger snaps & tea really worked for me.

I took zofran and alot of other girls did as well. I was SO AGAINST meds while preggo but I would have been hospitalized otherwise.

A more "natural" and over the counter cure is Vitamin B6. My DR recommended it and I felt that it helped ease nausea.

And lemon drops -- those helped me especially in the car!

My doctor also said vitamin B6 helps with morning sickness. I had it pretty badly and was given a prescription of Zofran. I only took 1 pill and have been trying to deal with it on my own. THe MS is getting better for me know that I am in my 14th week.
