Is there a protein/food bar....
That is whey/casein/dairy free, soy free, flour free and sesame seed free? (kashi bars are out)
I'm allergic and it's cumbersome to carry around so much food for the work day. I only know of lara bars but I'm already getting sick of them. If you know of any, please let me know what they are.
