is there a rental space that has a pool
for large pool parties?
I want to throw my friend a pool party baby shower (she doesn't want a traditional one) but the pool at my families home is too small for the number of guests we are expecting.
is there such an animal as a rental space with a pool?

Someone I used to work with threw her kid a pool party for his winter birthday at a hotel. They were happy to rent out the space for a while, and even provided a lifeguard.

Where are you looking to host this?
Gaansevort (sp) hotel in the meatpacking has a great rooftop pool area

I agree with the hotel idea!
They just redid the Best Western on Sunrise Hwy in Massapequa & they have an indoor pool now!

My friend lived in a condo/apartment complex where they rented out a party room with use of the pool to residents.
For a fee maybe they would rent it out to non-residents.
You may be able to call around to some in your area, also maybe a YMCA type place.
The hotel suggestion is great too.
