Baby Trends does. I use it with my Chicco when I don't fee like using the system.

I use the strap and it's secure.

I asked about this a while ago and had emailed Chicco about it. I also went to BBB to inquire and they were very informative:

But to summarize what I learned:

Chicco doesn't make a "snap n go" type of unit and though they may have plans to make one to fit their systems specifically, they aren't doing it any time soon. Though other snap-n-go units may say "universal" on them, Chicco will not be held responsible should you use them regardless of whether or not they say they are secure. The salesperson at BBB advised against using other company's systems with the Chicco. You would think they would want to sell you something. I was shocked they didn't.

We have the Chicco Cortina travel system - Keyfit 30 carrier.

We also got the Snap n Go by Baby Trend which also fits the Keyfit 30 infant carrier.

I just registered for this system and it seemed to fit snug in the "Snap and Go"????
